I had an issue with my legs and ankles swelling, and it was my doctors recommendation that I start wearing compression socks. I am very thankful for that recommendation... I find the socks are very comfortable to wear all day. I am a machinist and pretty much stand all day on a concrete floor, and before I started wearing compression socks, by the end of the day, my feet hurt and my legs would be feeling the standing all day. I have been wearing the compression socks for a few months, and what a difference they make. My feet no longer hurt like they did (still wearing the same shoes - nothing changed there) My legs do not feel tired either. Most of the time I am not aware I am even wearing knee height compression socks, they are that comfortable.

I wore these on the plane for an overseas trip. Very hard to put on but you forget about it once on. One thing That happened with me is I must've pulled them on too hard as my toes were pulled back , sore and I couldn't wiggle them . It bothered me so much that I decided to pull them off so that I could put them back on without pulling them back so hard. When I tried to pull them off, it was so difficult that I had to find a spot on the plane that I could lay out with my legs spread in front of me. Some of the passengers probably thought I was nuts, But I finally got them off, and put them back on ( this time leaving plenty of toe wiggle room.) So caution, don't pull them on too tight. Leave plenty of toe wiggle room, or it may hurt. Oh yes, and they are very stylish. They do not look like compression stockings.

These are very good compression socks, durable, easy care, and do what they are meant to do. They are awful to get off and on, but that's how a compression sock is made. They do a good job of keeping my legs from swelling up when I'm on my feet all day, and they still look good after much wear and tear and washing.

I purchased these for a family member and they are very snug for larger calves but they do work nicely once you get them on. They're nice and high and reach all the way to the knee which is great. They're also not too hot so they can be worn year round. They wash fine with Woolite on the gentle cycle and when hung out to dry.Overall, these are a little tough to get on at first but they work great and definitely cut down on swollen ankles and I certainly recommend them.

I love these socks. I purchased them for myself and my mother for our long flight to Europe. They worked great! ....My mother has circulation issues and she loved these socks. They worked so well on the plane that she wore them almost daily during our trip. We did a lot of walking and she said that the socks really helped to keep her ankles from swelling. I guess I'm buying her more.

These are very firm compression socks, the first few times I wore them they were too firm where they hurt my calf, but I got use to it.

These were purchased for my father-in-law. He has ulcers on his legs due to poor circulation. He wears these every day, his mobility has improved 100%.

My husband suffers with varicose veins and we typically buy Rx compression socks. These are the real deal! They work just as well as the Rx ones, they aren't as old lady looking as the nude Rx ones and even his doctor asked where he got these and approved him wearing them!
