This lions mane is actually restoring my memory and improving my mood. I can now remember names I haven’t been able to recall for over 20 years. After the first week, I wasn’t sure it was working. I thought my mood had improved, maybe a little memory improvement, but I found it hard to be objective. I think the results are pretty subtle at first. I am very impressed with my results from this product. I am almost 70 and my memory isn’t what it once was. I was recommended Lion’s Mane by my doctor and I gave this brand a shot. I chose the 8:1 version because you only have to take 1 capsule a day to get the same effect as 3x a day with the 1:1 version. After taking it for a little over 4 weeks, I have noticed that I’m having an easier time remembering things. I have much better focus and my energy levels have improved. Great to add to daily stack. The caps tast poorly and you can tast them when you burp but you can open them and mix them in a drink so not a big deal.
