I went from a $40 sparx helmet to this exo-500. I will say for the $113 I paid for it I got an amazing deal. I bought this mainly because my sparx is slightly too small. This helmet feels like it is slightly too large and there is a bit more weight to it than my sparx.Pros:The best feature on this helmet is the anti fog coating on the visor. There is no fog at all and it's amazing. The visor also has the cracked switch that allows just the right amount of air flow for those really stuffy days. The vents in the helmet work very well and keep my head cool. The drop down visor is taking some getting use to as far as the lever location but I still like this better than the switch being on the edge of the helmet as on my sparx.I also bought a sena smh5 for this helmet and it works great for a sena device. There is very little road noise.Cons:Compared to my sparx i find this helmet to be a tad heavy. I'd probably still take it on long rides just because of the other features however. The padding tends to grab on to skin which annoys me because it will either press down or pull up on my eye brows so I find myself having to adjuste the helmet. Of course this could just be due to the helmet not haven been broke in yet.

Good stuff
First off the most important thing you need to know is that Scorpion helmets run small. I wear a large Bell and Shoei helmet and I had to buy an XL. Go into a store to see what size you need before buying.WeightThe helmet isn't going to be very light but I haven't noticed neck fatigue after several hours of ridingFeaturesThis helmet has very good ventilation at the cost of extra wind noise so I'd highly suggest wearing ear protection if you're planning to do some highway cruising. The helmet in XL was a perfect fit so I was unable to test out the inflatable cheek pads. The quick flip down internal sun visor is probably one of the best features of this helmet. It is convenient to have because it doesn't force you to carry 2 visors (one for the night/crappy weather and one for the day. The I ternal visor isn't as dark as a normal pair of sunglasses but it does the job just fine. The anti fogging (or maybe it's the superb ventilation) is great for keeping any fog at bay and the breath deflector on the helmet seems to be working pretty darn wellFinal thoughtsThe helmet is probably the best bang for your buck. It has all the features of the Bell and Shoei helmets for 1-2 hundred bucks less. I can't seem to find anything I dislike about it. Worth every single penny.
