The standard stock you get at a store is of two varieties: either a powder that is impossible to mix or a cardboard box where you pay for the water.This stuff is a game changer. It mixes, even in cold water, with ease. One tablespoon makes two cups. It's become to the point that I'll just put a squirt into a dish that requires water but could benefit from the savory boost. I doubt I'll ever use any other vegetable broth unless I make it myself

Ordered it by mistake, but happy to discover it. Tasting a tiny amount , it was very salty. When I diluted it as directed , saltiness is gone. Definitely added flavor to the dish. Great sub for chicken conc.

I like that it's a concentrated liquid - it's more convenient to use than a bouillon cube or paste. I also like that it does not require refrigeration. A one-quart bottle of this makes about 8 gallons of broth. So it doesn't take up much shelf space for how much you get out of it. I use it in soups and also add a little to the rice cooker. A 4-pack of these 32-oz bottles is really a lot for a home cook. Mine arrived with a best-by date about 8 months out. I think this product is probably fine to use for quite a while past the date, but I'm going to try to give away 1-2 bottles because I really don't see how I will use all 4 of them in a reasonable amount of time.A variety pack, with 1 bottle each of vegetable, chicken, and beef, would have been more useful than a 4-pack of one flavor.

This shelf stable concentrate is so good and easy to use. Makes like 6 gallons doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Adds great flavor to rice, soup etc.

Great vegetable stock and it's concentrated. This bottle replaces quart boxes of stock. Love this product! i use it to enhance both vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups, gravies and sauces.

I will not repurchase

I’ve used Knorr concentrate, thought this would be easier. It is but beware, very salty. You definitely have to figure out your measurements to suit your taste.

If you are cooking an Asian-style dish then this would be your go-to vegetable seasoning It does not have the same flavor as the cubes that have been hard to find. As a vegan, I was really looking forward to this being a replacement and now I have so much of this and I probably will have to give some away. I cannot use this flavor in my everyday cooking.
