Why would I buy a new battery for an eight-year old smart phone? If you're a bit of a hardware hacker, an old, off-plan Motorola Droid 1 makes a great platform for all kinds of hacking fun. This fresh, new, high capacity battery was just the thing and needed to get that old Droid back in the fight.

I only use it in my atrix as a golf gps . not sure if my phone is giving a bad reading on the power left or thebattery is running down just like my old one. But it gets me thru the round so it is working ok.the price was very low so I am happy with it

Not worth it. The battery drained over night after fully charged and not in use. Not recommended but you get what you pay for.
