Soak it overnight and drink the soaked water ....reduced blood glucose levels of my father...so definitely good but too bitter.

Mud and sand added with the product.
This is one of the worst product I have ever seen. These people are adding mud or sand along with the leaf. Please refer the attached picture. We are having this for better health but these people are adding mud in the product. Don't buy this product.
