Great for Restoring Shine
It worked wonders on my boat, removing years of oxidation and restoring the shine. The application was smooth, and it didn’t take much effort.

Cuts heavy oxidation on gelcoat well
I used this on my boat which had a 3 year oxidation layer from SoCal sun. Worked great with a electric buffer. Leaves a shine, but you still need to go over it with polish, as designed. Would buy again for heavy oxydation.

Works Well, but Meguiar's Works Faster
3M Heavy Cutting Compound works well but Meguiar's 67 One Step Compound is better on sun-damaged gelcoat and works faster.

Finally A Product That Works With Heavy Oxidation
I have a dark blue fiberglass trailer that was damaged on two sides by some very hot weather--over 115 degrees, far hotter than what my area has ever had in the past. I've tried other oxidation removers without much, if any, effect. This worked really well, although there are two spots I may want to hit again. I applied the 3M product with a buffer and then washed off the residue. I followed that with Meguiar's Marine/RV M4516 High Gloss Polish (Number 45), again applied with a buffer and washing off the residue. Then Zymol Z503 Cleaner Wax applied with a buffer but removed by hand. The results were incredible. Before the damage to the trailer was noticeable from many feet away, but now you have to look fairly hard to see it. There are two small areas I may hit again with all three products, but even they are acceptable. If your damage isn't as great I believe 3M also makes a low and medium oxidation product, but I did use this on an area of light damage with a light buffer action and it worked incredibly well.

Very good product, arrived on time
It did a great job removing the heavy oxidizing from the gel coat finsh on the boat. I then used a finer oxidizer remover before I waxed for the final finish. Boat looks great.

Works very well
Delivered as promised. Using it on a 15+ yr Larson bow rider (white) and it’s restoring the original glossy finish very well… using a 7" power buffer w/ wool pads

Aufbereitung stark verwitterter GFK Boote/ Wohnmobile
Nutze nun schon die 2. Buddel von dieser Politur. Hiermit 3 Boote aufbereitet und zu neuem Glanz verholfen. Bietet sich an bei stark verwittertem GFK, hat sehr gute Schleif- und Poliereigenschaften.

Better than ‘Oxidisation Remover’ promoted products
I tried an oxidisation remover from a well known brand which just ‘wasn’t cutting it’. It took 3-4 passes to get anywhere. So I thought I’d go for something heavier, this is what I found and boy did this do the job!If you follow the instructions for polish speed plus go light pressure on your final pass it really shines up. I didn’t even bother with a step 2 finishing polish in the end, just went straight for a gel coat wax protective coat.I didn’t believe my 30yr old heavily oxidised hull could ever look this good. For a 36ft yacht I got though 2 and a bit bottles. The small bottles are handy because they fit in your back pocket whilst up a ladder. I used fairly cheap wool pads on my DA polisher.
