This is a great shoe. HOWEVER, I believe the vendor has been reading all of the "too small" comments and started making their own adjustments when filling the orders. The only problem is that I had already adjusted. Example: My daughter is a size 8. So, I ordered a 9 to account for the smaller fit. I was sent a 10 1/2, which would have fit IF I truly needed a 9. Too big. Back they went. So, I then ordered an 8 1/2 and a 7 1/2. I was sent a 9 and a 10. I guess they want us to order our true size and let them send what will actually fit that size. Thank goodness for Prime and two-day shipping and free returns. I can't imagine the poor customers that have to wait an extended period of time to deal with this. I hope this helps someone. Prom shoes! My daughter is a solid 8.5 shoe size, which was not available so we ordered an 8 and a 9 and crossed our fingers. The 9 was huge and the 8 fit like a glove. She's been wearing them around the house to break them in and has no complaints so far. The Aurora Borealis crystals are all sparkly and clear and some extras came along in the box. The shoes are sturdy, no scratchy stuff inside. Great price for the quality and all the extras; foot pedals, heel grips, extra heel caps, extra crystals.These are a fun pop of sparkle peeking out from under her dress.

For starts, these shipped quickly and I received them in 6 days. I normally wear a size 7.5/8 so I followed the other reviews and got an 8. They are a tad loose on my heel because I have narrow heels. I purchased some heel pillow pads and they fit perfectly--no rubbing or squishing my toes. Also it is a fantastic heel height and the heel is sturdy and not a little peg, so I will be able to wear them comfortably all night. They come with replacement heels and rhinestones (which I appreciate because 2 came off just taking them out of the box, but the rest seem securely glued). Also the color of the shoe in person is sort of blueish/gray. Regardless, they are adorable and you will not regret getting these.

I absolutely love these shoes. I ordered them to wear for my wedding. I read the reviews regarding how they run so I ordered them a half size bigger. I could have gotten away with ordering the next full size up but I think I can still get away with wearing them for a few hours. They are extremely comfortable. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them...I wear them in the meantime to break them in. I absolutely recommend these shoes, they are elegant and not too flashy...very well made as well.

I bought these shoes, because I was a bit hesitant to buy the original pair I wanted (betsy Johnson blue). These were cheaper and I read the reviews, so I decided to go for it. Shipping was quick, packaging was good and also got some slip resistant guards for the bottom of shoe soles. Yet the shoes themselves, were not what I expected. The shoes were not aligned correctly. The back heel touched the ground yet the front area, by the sole was severely raised, causing the shoe to look incorrectly portioned. I put the shoes side by side, next to a different pair of shoes I already owned (to compare). These rhinestone shoes were extremely low, next to the other pair! The description claimed it had a 4.5 heel?!....not at all!!!! I don't know what these were being compared too, but it did not look like or fall into line with all the other platform high heels I own. I own alot, and the height, alignment, etc, were not what I always buy, own or am used too. Long story short, I immediately returned these the next morning and went ahead and ordered what I should have ordered to begin with.......The betsy johnson rhinestone shoes.

These are absolutely perfect and I can't wait to wear them at my daughters wedding this weekend! I bought a similar shoe from another manufacturer and upon receiving them found that one toe was rounded, the other went into a point, the workmanship was shoddy all around and it looked as though a 2 year old put them together. I was in a sheer panic as I had less than 2 weeks until my daughters wedding and this was the 2nd pair that didn't work out, as the 1st pair I bought were perfect in all aspects except they were too high for me. I found these and they were even on sale for 50% off. Leary and worried I'd be going to the wedding barefoot, I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I received them in perfect condition, they are very comfortable to walk in and I received them just a few days after placing my order. Thy cost more than the other 2 pairs I purchased, but sometimes, more is better!

Oh my god! These shoes are beautiful and so comfy. The rhinestones make this shoe SPARKLE!I got these for my moms wedding this coming up weekend and I ordered a few different styles. All of them arrived on the same day (within a week of ordering). I didn't even have to open the others to know that THIS was my shoe. After trying everything on, this shoe WAS "the shoe". It was so soft and cushioning on the inside. The upper part of the shoe material wasn't irratating my ankles. The heel to toe height was perfect so I didn't feel like I was on my tippy toes. I fell like I could walk around all night and dance and not have to take these off.

Originally ordered a 6.5 for my daughter who is in between a 6 and 6.5 but was sent a 37 (7US)! (With two sets of pads for the heels to prevent slipping and two sets for the balls of the foot.) No response from seller whether they had half-sizes or not. So I ordered a 6 (since her prom was around the corner) and it fit perfect. I noticed the 6s didn't include all the padding that came with the other size 7 shoes--just one set for comfort of the ball of your foot.
