Superior product. Well made and easy to install. only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars was its hard to register for the warranty. Documentation says mail bottom half of cart to an address in Mississippi,. Came back as undelivered. Went on the web site for FIBROPOOL - Maker- tried to register and again no luck. Used to replaced a PENTAIR Rainbow 300 automatic chlorine/bromine off-line pool feeder that I bought in March 16 2016. No chlorine going to pool no matter where the dial was set. Check valve broken, Just a piece of JUNK.

It was very easy to install. I had a question I emailed FibroPool, no answer. This was a few weeks ago. My 15,000 gal pool is getting chlorinated, but I'm uneasy about the adjusting "flow" knob and if it's working properly. I have the knob set on 1/8 and my chlorine seems high. I'm not sure if the adjustment knob is working properly. I will try to contact them again. But the housing seems sufficient and the unit seems well built. Half the price of the hayward offline unit. I will give a higher rating if the issue with the adjustment knob gets resolved.

This is the perfect replacement item for the Hayward CL 220 at half the price of the Hayward CL 220. Unlike the actual Hayward CL 220, you can actually get the top off of this one, as long as you wait about 5 minutes after the unit is turned off. I threw away a Harward CL 220 because I couldn't get the top off with a hammer!

No problem opening to reload after 2 months. Surprisingly easy to open for reloading chlorine. Yet seals tight. Was planning on using silicone lube. Probably will start using it after a few reloads. O-ring seals are geat.

Looks exactly like the “name brand” chlorinator I replaced with this unit. Same weight, same materials and fit and finish. Item shipped quick, had all the new installation fittings and hose. Replacement definitely a DYI task and you’ll save a bundle. Just remember you’ll have to deal with residual chlorine tablets so use caution as you would when adding tablets.

I used to use the Haywood model which is expensive. I decided to try this one because I was tired of having to replace it every year. I figured it’s the same price as fixing the other. Well, no problems the first year. So it has already performed as well as the more expensive version. I’ll see how next year goes.

Wow love this product.Price is fantastic and I’ve saved a lot on chlorine tabs from the floating dispenser type. Don’t listen to the reviews with the cap being stuck. You have to shut off water supply valves and relieve the pressure from the pool filter. Comes right off
