As cheap as you could make them
Designed for SKINNY as hell legs and not hardly stretchy at all so don't expect these to fit unless... honestly just don't expect them to fit. Super thin too, you can basically see through them especially when they're constricted around your ankles (or however far you're able to force them up.)
