These collars are well built and very decorative. I have received many compliments. The buckles are sturdy and the icing on the cake, they are personalized. Just received this collar and it surpasses all of my expectations, not to mention it was delivered earlier than I expected which is GREAT! The pattern is even more beautiful in person and the engraving is a good size therefore very easy to read. So far, so good! I will say it jingles a little bit some of the time, depending on my dogs movement but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Also, the engraving color is not black, it is a rust color which was unexpected but matches better with the overall look. I definitely recommend!

I am pleased with the quality but highly disappointed with the different color and lack of color in the collar. The color of the engraving is not as shown either and is not very visible. I had picked it for a vibrant colors but what I received was very washed out lookingUPDATE. - the customer service to fix the recent issue was amazing. They were responsive. Courteous, and incredibly helpful

I got this collar for my terrier puppy. It was so pretty, but unfortunately it was too heavy for my girl. The company refunded my money right away even though the color was customized and couldn’t be returned. I was so impressed!

Super cute collar! Engraving looked nice too. I didn’t read the sizing before I bought it, so I got the wrong size and it definitely won’t fit my dog. But it’s cute and sturdy so I can’t conplain

I really loved the collar to begin with and was very happy with my purchase. After wearing it only for a few days, the buckle is so scratched up that the engraving is barely legible. I’m really disappointed cause the actual collar seems pretty durable and it was a great alternative to ID tags, which my dog always seems to lose.
