Unsatisfied Customer
I have had some terrible experiences with other brands of wireless buds and these has been no different. I read several of the reviews before I bought these and several reviews mentioned the extra pieces to changes sizes to fit better in the ears. Did I miss something ? I got mine today and I appreciate the quick delivery, but very disappointed to not find the little pieces to switch out to fit them better into my ears. These are falling out of my ears dont fit comfortably at all! Unsatisfied!

Could be better for the price.
All the 5 star reviews are likely fake. The headphones are not awful, but not what the other reviews make them out to be. the sound is skippy and not great.

False advertising reviews
I purchased these because they had 300 something reviews all showing 5 stars and saying these were great. (Which btw now there’s only one review with one star so idk what happened to the other reviews) I received them and immediately put them to use. My first call with my husband and he says I sound terrible. I call my sister and she can’t even understand me. Don’t waste your time or money!!

You get more than what you pay for
I wish I had found the bluetooth earbuds sooner.PROS* Sound: Music sounds amazing, Yes, you can get headsets with better sound quality, but you are also gonna pay a lot more for those. The nice bluetooth earbuds sound way too good for what they cost. Makers of low-cost headsets should take notes.* HD voice calls: These are the first Bluetooth headphones I try that actually work with HD voice calls, rather than downgrading these to traditional phone audio quality.* Good fit: I've been able to use them with the ear tips and hooks they came with out of the box, but nice includes smaller and larger ear tips and hooks if you need them.* Water resistant: at least for sweat and rain, which is what I was looking for.* Magnetic caps for wearing the headset as a necklace when not in use. Much better than stuffing them in your pocket only to pull out a tangled mess later.CONS* Battery life isn't the best, It's not horrible though, and the battery charges in about an hour, so downtime can be kept to a minimum.* Range is flaky: I've tried this headset with two phones, a Galaxy S8 Active and a Nokia 6.1, and I was disappointed by the range with both devices, but more so with the Nokia. I've tried headphones from other brands that have much better range on both phones.
