This is my first selfie stick and I am very disappointed and not impressed. The instructions are in micro print so you will need a microscope or powerful magnifying glass to read them. There are no instructions about what the extra parts are for or how to use them. My phone has an Otter Defense case. The case gives my phone added bulk; apparently this selfie stick is not made to accommodate this added bulk. Putting the phone in the spring loaded holder is very awkward and does not feel secure. When you rotate the holder from the horizontal position to the vertical position it hits the tilting hinge and pushed the phone out of the holder. However, in order to use the holder I would have to put my phone off-sided so it is side heavy and out of balance. Every time I put my phone sideways - it would keep tilting. In good faith I cannot recommend this product.

I got this for an upcoming trip and to use with my iPhone X that's in an Otterbox Defender Case. Granted, this might be because I didn't push it all the way back. However, in order to use the holder I would have to put my phone off-sided so it was top heavy. Every time I put my phone sideways - it would keep tilting. I'm not about to take my phone out of the case, so I guess I'll have to find something different.

This product was something I was so excited to buy; I was disappointed when it came in the box with very little instruction help.For example, there are parts of the tripod that were not explained on the box's instructions, and there wasn't another manual to use for reference. Nothing was explained in terms of what each piece was for, and I still have yet to figure it out.Very disappointed and am considering asking for my money back, instead of going through the hassle of hanging on to it but never using it b/c it's so complicated.Also- when my phone is in the holder, the holder completely flips over, even if it's tightened. It doesn't hold up well at all. If that's something these "extra pieces" could've helped resolved, it would've been good to know that..

just received this. within minutes had the stick and phone connected and wireless remote working flawlessly. cell phone can be easily positioned for shooting in portrait or landscape or any angle in between. looks like this stick might be durable...time will tell. phone is held in place with holder that appears to use springs. stick extends and stays in place with friction. wireless remote is charged with microusb cable (included). has attachments for camera (1/4” screw) and action camera. would not recommend using this stick/tripod with a DSLR. the only instructions provided are printed on the box and do not show how to attach the camera head or the action camera head, although the attachments are fairly easy to figure out without.

Just shy of all five stars due to some connectivity issues. Best price though...I'm not sure if the bluetooth connection problem was with my phone though...overall I still love it. We travel alot and this is a must pack item for me and my wife. This was the second one we bought after we lost the first on an Alaskan cruise...left it in a tour bus...so if you see it on eBay...take good care of it...I highly recommend..the remote works great when connected and easy to use. The tilt is sturdy and the extension feels solid...so you are comfortable holding it out as it does not feel heavy to the end...the tripod is nice a solid but not so much when extended and your outdoors. (Indoors i haven't used tripod but seems as though it will hold up pretty good).

UPDATE: I own many other tripods/selfie sticks, but I find myself reach for this one the most because it is the lightest of all and the most compact. I accidentally dropped it into the beach once, but the bluetooth remote still works. I am getting one for my friend because she saw mine and liked it too.______________I need a light weight selfie stick to carry around with me and this become my favorite. It can be folded and fits in my bags. My favorite thing about this selfie stick is the removable bluetooth clicker!!!! You can use it even without the selfie stick and with this you won't need your friend to take picture for you anymore.

First off I don't know if I got the wrong item or if the same company makes this under several different names, but I ordered a "Kusky" and got one with a "W" where the Kusky logo is in these pictures. Also, a package insert says the brand is Dispho, so who knows.This isn't great for my iPhone 11 Pro. The gripping parts are sized so that if you center your phone, they grips will press on the power or volume buttons, which kept making my phone shoot video instead of photos, or holding down the buttons so my phone tried to call 911. Had to reposition it to be slightly off center which made it lopsided so that the photos were angled. Also, there are rubberized parts on the gripping arms to help grip and protect phone from scratches, but 2 of them immediately fell off and won't stay when I put them back on, so it's kind of a loose grip and may scratch the phone.Altogether just a kind of cheap, flimsy seeming item and I returned it.

I was never a big fan of selfies, but after we bought cheap stick we came to understanding how usefull it is, during longer trips. I was looking quite long time for good quality replacement that will work with all of our phones. This one is an amazing combination of sterdy selfie stick with resonable lenght and small but usefull tripod. Since photo button is not connected to the phone by mini jack but bluetooth there should be no problem with using it with any phone. Additiinally you can make photos from the distance thanks to the pilot that works perfectly. This was a great purchase and I can assure it is really satisfying to use this product. Allready told few friends about it and they will for sure consider buying it.
