I have had terrible posture since I was a child. This product has been helpful with pulling my shoulders back and having me stand up more straight. I have only used it for about a week and have noticed a difference after I take it off. After a while I do go back to slouching but I am much more conscious about my posture now. It is also very helpful when it comes to lifting things, deep house cleaning, and pretty much anything that involves bending over a lot because it helps prevents you from using your back so much so you aren't so achy afterwards. The key to this product is retraining your muscles to stand up straight through muscle memory which I feel is starting to work a little so far. Plus can't beat the price!

This it the third type I have tried and the only one easy to get into and tightened to the right fit. I have to be able to do it myself as I live alone and really need to improve my posture. Discovered that watching myself come and go on my new doorbell security video's. Had no idea I slumped so much. This item not only helps whole I'm wearing it and leaves me more aware of how I'm carrying myself when I take it off. With repeated use I feel like this is really helping me.I have already recommended it to my friends and family who could use some retraining in that area. This product works if you use it right and buy the correct size. If you're looking for a magic brace that will correct your posture without putting any work in, then you will be looking forever because there is no such brace (save the milwaukee brace). This product will help you correct your posture by helping you become more aware of it and straightening your shoulders and back on your own (because if you do not then you will cut off your own circulation). It's helped me improve my posture. The negative reviews seem to come from people who did not use the product correctly.

I have a stiff neck and tight shoulders. Wearing this the first day, the pain was gone. This will be effective in improving my posture, especially at work when using my computer. I would recommend.

Had this for a week so far .it’s definitely helping keep my shoulders straight. I work from home and have terrible posture so I’ve been wearing this sitting at my desk and the extra padding it comes with does help. I hope down the road it makes a big difference. Looking forward to not looking like the huntchback of Norte Dame. Lol

I’ve been wearing this as often as I can remember and I can totally tell improvement! I’m standing straighter, holding my shoulders back and closer. I usually wear this 30-60 minutes a day and I’m happy with the results! Highly reccomend. Took one star away because it can be uncomfortable and annoying to wear.

I have just started to use this and I’m really hoping it helps correct my slouching since I sit all day. I felt a tingly feeling on my left side. The instructions recommends you to start only by using it for 30 minutes I believe but I used it almost 3 hours and didn’t experience any discomfort.

If you're looking for something that magically corrects your posture, look somewhere else. You can still be slumped over wearing this. It does, however, do an excelent job of reminding me to use good posture. So really it just gets you into the habit of walking correctly
