This book makes porridge a delicacy
I haven't wanted to eat anything made of barley, oatmeal other grain since it was a stable when I grew up --okay, except cookies, cakes, breads and beer. And I'm not much of a food critic to put out the effort to cook everyday. And yet, some of these recipies are not a challenge, so I am starting with those and cooking more regularly. The ones I've tried so far are scrumptous. When the recipie calls for fruit, I have used fresh local fruit, and usually use organic ingredients. The book is in English and recipies call for mostly common ingredients.
