Will be good for my ab roll outs too
Wore today at gym for first time. Firm wrist support for over head press and bench presses. I'll also be using them for push ups as my wrists have been aching at times. Will be good for my ab roll outs too. Easy to put on. Good support which adds to wrist comfort. . Great colour. Whats not to like. NB: good degree of stiffness in fabric without having to be stretched to an overly tight fit.

Great wrist wraps - useful beyond working out!
I own these wraps and recently shared hismy review of them.As described by the manufacturer, Bossywear Wraps are pink wrist wraps designed especially for women. Here are some additional details:The set is made with very high quality, yet soft materials which are carefully stitched in order to prevent any discomfort, injury or irritation. I have rather sensitive skin and I didn’t experience any irritation or chafing — even after several days of repeated use.The set consists of two, 15 inch long wrist wraps that can be adjusted to fit comfortably on each wrist and will stay firm until removed. For extra protection, they also feature thumb loops that will eliminate the possibility of the wristband sliding up your hand!I have also used these during extended writing sessions to assist with the wrist fatigue I sometimes experience. It’s been a great help as I’ve been writing a close out report for my most recent project for the past week. Now that I am at my desired weight goal, weight training to achieve increased muscle tone is going to be my focus for the rest of the year. These will definitely be in regular rotation! I am 100% a fan of this product!I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion and unbiased review

These wraps have a permanent place in my gym bag
I started going to crossfit - at the age of 64 - 2.5 years ago to get stronger and to stay healthy. I know that weightlifting is really good for my bones and overall health, and I like seeing my PR numbers climb little by little. One thing I didn't like was the fact that I needed to wear gloves because the bar would easily tear the skin on the inside of my thumbs. I also had some issues with some lifts because of arthritis in my wrists. These wrist wraps have become my go-to solution for each problem. The elastic band going around my thumb is in just the right place to protect them from the bar. In addition, the elastic helps keep the wraps in place. The velcro closure is much easier to use than traditional tie wraps. While they are more structured than wraps made of just fabric, they are still flexible enough that they are comfortable to wear while still giving support. I use these for every workout now, and with the quality of manufacture, I can see having them for a long time.I received this item at a discount in return for my honest review.

At first I thought these wraps were just like another pair I had tried previously (that hadn't worked out) and was afraid they'd be deceptively stretchy. When I pulled them out at the gym, though, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were much less elastic than I thought they'd be - which meant it was much easier to gauge how tight to wrap them for the right amount of support without cutting off circulation! The thumb elastics are perhaps not sewn down properly, as they seem to stay twisted a bit no matter how hard I try to straighten them out, but that is only a minor annoyance. The support level is perfect and the wraps are very comfortable - but they're not very breathable! I took away a star for the combination of the thumb elastics and my overly-sweaty experience. Otherwise, they're probably some of the best lifting wraps I've ever used (and by now I've tried a LOT of different pairs!), PLUS they're BRIGHT PINK, so I'm pretty much in love. Good purchase for lifters, great to have in your gym bag for those lifts that need just a little extra oomph.(Disclaimer: I received this product at no cost in exchange for my review. Maybe I need to wear them in?
I don’t know, maybe I have an abnormally small wrists, because these didn’t fit me. I followed the directions for use, looping my thumb through the portion like I was supposed to, and yet they gape along my wrist. I was reading one review who said that the thumb loop was optional, but when I tried it without that, it still didn’t feel comfortable against my wrist and seemed to bunch up oddly. I guess one-size-fits-all isn’t really one-size-fits-all.That being said, the Velcro seemed adept enough, and I played around with it a few times to see if it lost its pull, or felt like it would separate from the bands. It seemed stuck on their just find. There was also a lot of Velco, so theoretically it should able to comfortably fit against many different sized wrists. I wasn’t using these for weight lifting, but rather push-ups and the like because I notice that I am a weakling and put too much strain on my wrists when I do a lot of upper body exercized. I was hoping these would help stabilize my wibbly wobbly wrists, or at the very least inspire me to do a few extra pushups.Maybe I’m using it wrong, or maybe I need to “wear” it in a bit to get use to the feel. I’ll try it a few more times and see if my level of comfort has improved or stayed the same.I received this item at a reduced cost for my honest review.
