I use it for dinghy sailing in The Bahamas. I like the draw string so I can cover my ears with less direct pressure on my ears. A bit tight over the nose but nothing worse than a regular buff.I love the air holes!When using the more traditional Buff; whenever I finish the first leg to weather and turn downwind my shades would instantly fog up because the breeze across my face has drastically shifted and decreased.... It started becoming a checklist item. Approach weather mark, ease vang, slide buff off face.After finishing the run and rounding to windward, I'm always too busy cranking on controls and coordinating gybes, pole retrievals and all the weight shifts involved that I would simply forget to take the time to fix the buff back over my face. I need two hands to do it effectively, otherwise it's the facial equivalent of trying to hold you pants up with one hand while running let's say...after a bus or something... In the rain...... Yeah, It just sucks ok. After the mark rounding I'm fully hiked, can't do it then! Here comes the burn!! Sometimes I'd get my crew to do it from their position but that's weird and awkward (both physically and socially)Anyways, the breathing holes reduced ALL that significantly. It did not cure it entirely though but massive improvement, its just a piece of fabric after all.I get burnt much less now because I keep the fricking thing on cuz the breathing holes help.Also easier to adjust with one hand!Lose a star because it could be a bit more comfortable around the nose.Also wish for much much more colours. I'd buy quite a few with the hope that slight improvements would occur.

We purchased the neck gaiter to help cut down the wind that blows on my husbands face while driving the boat. He has nerve damage from shingles on the right side of his face and the neck gaiter works beautifully for helping block the wind. We have another neck gaiter that does not have holes in the mouth area and it is difficult for him to talk with it on for us to hear him clearly. This one makes talking and breathing through his mouth much easier. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the material and product and will definitely purchase another one and recommend the products to others.

Been bicycling with this for over half a year, and it just works great. There are similar products out there, but most don't have breathing holes for when you're huffing and puffing up them hills. I use it mainly to protect my face from the sun and dust picked up from vehicles. Only drawback, is I would prefer all black and they only have 2 vartions of camo.

I thought because of the draw string this would be a looser fit than other gaiters. It is just as tight as other gaiters. Very tight when pulled up over the nose. Restricted movement when turning head. I am going to have to cut it up to back and sew in an extra piece of fabric to make it fit. I am 175 lbs with a 16 1/2" neck. This is the third gaiter I have tried, I don't understand why they don't make larger ones.

This was purchased to use for a 5 mile race where temps were forecasted in the 20s with a 10mph wind. It did exactly what I hoped. Kept my neck and face warm while allowing me to breathe normally and comfortably. The elastic cord helped it stay in place and I had no issues with it. Also I loved that it wasn't fleece, I think that would have made it too warm. Perfect for any outdoor activities with a chillier temp! Highly recommend!!

Item is good quality and stays on tight for me. Usually, these things wear out quickly but it looks like this is going to hold it’s shape. I may end up buying a couple more as i like the pattern.

Works pretty well. The breathing holes do allow for significantly improved airflow. For the price a very food value. I have no ashes it several times with no issues.

I bought this for skiing..fits nicely and is adjustable.
