Product damage upon arrival.
Vendor needs to improve their packaging. Some damage to the product upon arrival. Went ahead and used them. I guess they are non stick and usable.

Missing piece.
The pans look nice, however it would help to have instructions to know how to put the handles on the pans and lids, also there is one silver bracket missing for one of the pans.

Easy to clean
Excellent for my use. Using as double boiler on induction stove.

That they will work once I put the handle
The pans are nice but no instructions on how to put the handle together. I’m so lost and frustrated bc I bought to use but can’t.

I had to put them together! I've never had to do this with any pot
