Works but no long term benefits
I have been using this product for a few years. I started doing more research on probiotics because I don't want to be dependent on them for the rest of my life. I discovered that 90% of the products out there are ineffective. Meaning bacteria are anaerobic and therefore can't survive in oxygenated environments. If they do make it past that hurdle, they typically won't survive the harsh acidic condition of the stomach. So, basically not much is any good bacteria is making it to my gut.In my research I discovered what is called True Probiotics. These are spore bacteria that are protected from oxygen and acid and theoretically make it to the gut. I am going to try and spore probiotic and my hope is I will replenish my gut and get off probiotics all together.
