I bought this for my son mainly for the pencil magic trick he wanted it. I think it's a basic magic set as it states in the description. Your not going to get anything spectacular but it's good for what it's worth. My son enjoys it and that's all that matters.

This is a great package of tricks to start with. My grandchildren have had more fun practicing with the tricks. At first we couldn’t quite figure out the written instructions that came with the kit, but not to fear. We went to his secret website (address included in the purchased kit) and it was explained and shown in detail. A good family activity.This particular kit was very affordable and came with just the right amount of tricks so as not to be overwhelming. I bought it to see if there was an interest in the children to buy beyond.

Very nice starter kit. Besides the wand, which is an indispensible part of any magician's act, included are some classic magic tricks. The pencil case and the two card monte tricks will surprise every one who sees them. This kit will help you find out if your child has an interest and aptitude in performing magic. If so, then you can move up to a larger set. Shipping was unbelievably fast and Jim is super easy to deal with. Plus, I received by email many more tricks that anyone can do. So there is more than meets the eye here.

Love that I was able to buy this supplemental kit, with the Zig Zag Pencil, to go along with my other Jim Stott kit. I also got some other great tricks included with this set. I teach kindergarten, and I bought this to amuse and amaze the little kiddies. These tricks are very easy to perform, and the kids love them...and so do I!!! Great product, at a great price!!!

So excited to receive the wand. Nothing else on Amazon compared! Mr Stott has already contacted us with a thank you and invitation for any help our child will need in learning the tricks. He even sent us a bonus email with some extra card tricks to print out! Most personal service I've ever received. Can't wait to see my child's excitement on Christmas morning! Highly recommended!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 7 year old grandson, and he absolutely loved it! All through his birthday party, he sat on the floor with his magician's cape on (that I also gave him), and prepared for his "Big" show that night. I am so happy that I got this for him, and would highly recommend it.
