This is a questionnaire not the book
I blame myself for not paying close attention to the advertisement. I thought this was the book, but its not, its a very thin 14 page questionnaire. Its exactly what was advertised.

A God Send
I have taken this test some years ago and it helped me a great deal. This time I did it as a family with my wife and daughter. We were surprised at some of the results of the test. But some we all ready new. You must know what your spiritual gift is. I truly recommend this test. But also by the books that come with it

I love this spiritual questionnaire - easy to use and insightful
This was a really easy to use questionnaire that I purchased to use as part of a class that I was taking at a church. I found it fascinating and incredibly helpful. I've used some of these "spiritual gifts" questionnaires before and found them to be very simplistic, but this one was not, however I was using it in conjunction with some other books in the class so I'm sure that helped! There are 137 questions to answer in this questionnaire, together with scriptural references, and it is very much church-focused, with the emphasis on you using your gifts in the context of the body. Personally I like that and think it's healthy. If every congregation and church used this with it's members then I wonder if we might have more healthy Christians on the whole who serve together for good - just a thought!

Christians - Know How God Has Gifted You
Have been a student of Peter Wagner since he first published the book. This study helps understand the Gifts God has given each of us.

An excellent way for Christians to know the gifts that God has given them
This is an excellent resource for church leaders or others, who have responsibility for assisting the spiritual development of people in their care. The questionnaire is based on a book outlining all the Spiritual Gifts. I came across C. Peter Wagner's book, Your Spiritual Gifts Can Help Your Church Grow, many years ago. It is one of only a handful of Christian paperbacks that I have come back to time and again. Wagner's book also has stood the test of time as, unusually, it has been republished as a 2nd edition, a rare event for a Christian paperback (also available here on Amazon). This questionnaire aims at providing a way for individuals to find out what their gifting might be using the classification of gifts in Wagner's book. It consists of 135 short questions, answered by a simple four point rating system. The questions should be answered as any questionnaire might be answered, that is, with the first answer that seems right, rather than in-depth analysis. It takes about 30 minutes to answer all the questions, and about 15 minutes to do the analysis. Everything is done using the well designed booklets. The whole process can be done in an evening.I have been using this questionnaire for several years in my church. As a Church of England vicar I wanted something to give individual Christians in the church an idea of what their own gifting might be. The questionnaire gives each person a good insight into what gifts God has given them at that moment.I have found that the results still need some interpretation, and also there is need for pastoral sensitivity. For these reasons, I tend to do the questionnaire in small groups of up to 6 people in my home. The descriptor labels for each gift can be a bit of mouthful, so I go through the gifts for each person, and help interpret the basket of gifts as a whole. I have found that Christians may have lots of zeros in their assessment (i.e. equivalent to no particular gifting in that area), but have found that this is normal for some people and should not be seen as a slight on their Christian faith. Sensitivity is also needed as this process of discernment may bring difficult memories to the surface. The first time I used this questionnaire I did so at our church leaders meeting, with about 12 people present (a larger group, as I say, than I would do now). Some liked the questionnaire, some did not. What encouraged me is that I found, in a subsequent visit to one home, that the leader had their questionnaire on the table. The questionnaire had been kept and then revisited some time later. It had clearly been a worthwhile exercise for this leader, even if she had not said anything to me after. I found this a good result. It confirms people's existing Spiritual Gifts, but also raises questions about how these gifts might be used, and what other gifts we might ask God for.Good luck...Revd Dr Robin McKenzie

Really useful for individuals or home groups.
Wagner compiled this a good few years ago but it is a great tool for churches. See als his book, your “Spiritual Gifts can help your church grow.”
