Just slips on your feet, I wear them under my socks. Eases the pain in my arches. Shoes I could barely wear for a few hours, with the compression bands on I can wear my shoes all day and not feel any pain in my arches! Simple design, Great results!

One of my feet has plantar fasciitis, and it's not too severe, but it does act up after not-too-long of a walk. This works better than any insoles, superfeet, cushions, or any other orthopedic device I've used. The good thing about this, I suppose, is that if your plantar fasciitis were worse than mine, you could combine this with whatever else you're using.My only complaint is that it starts to hurt my foot after extended use, not the plantar but the rest of it from the squeezing. At first it does this rather quickly. but then it takes much longer, allowing me to use it for 6 hours at a time. I wish there were more size variation.

The product was well-made but they hurt my feet because they were too tight. I am a male, shoe size 9, medium width. If I had used them more, they may have loosened up a bit but, for my feet, I could not wear them for more than 30 minutes and the pain set in. Your mileage may vary.

Not comfortable at all elastic is tight and thin and not supportive at all .!!

These are compression bands that provide support for your arches, and are helpful if you suffer from plantar fasciitis. I use them when exercising and walking around the house. They are a little thick to wear with most of my shoes, so I use thinner arch bandages sometimes as well. However, these are higher quality and stronger.

Cannot live without these! I cannot walk without them as the heels of my feet are in pain otherwise. Using them all day while inside, and sometimes when outside, they last about 6 months. They would probably last longer if I put a sock over them and didn’t try to make a trip to the mailbox across a concrete sidewalk. I have purchased hem for many of my friends experiencing the same issues. I highly recommend them! Don’t be fooled by the generic ones! They aren’t anywhere’s close to working or lasting!

The arch compression band was supposed to be able to fit all sizes but was too loose on my arch/foot so there was no compression or support. I could not use them.

My plantar fasciitis started just in the heels but then changed from there to the arch and the top of my feet. I have found this product to help me walk better. I have bought a lot to help relieve the pain and have been to a doctor which prescribed other things. I feel when I wear these that someone is putting the right amount of pressure to keep my tendons in place. I have found myself wearing them with shoes and can go all day without feeling the strain or sharp pains. I can usually wear them about 12 hours then do feel it constricting a bit. I have two pair and am ready to order more. I do combine these with arch support or gel cushions. I have bought other products from strutz and feel that there products are helping me function better when needing to be on my feet and walking.
