2019-2020 Maxine 2-Year Pocket Planner Calendar – Engagement Calendar, July 1, 2018

Not at all like the 2017-2018 Maxine planner and it cost more. This one has no plastic cover, or elastic to separate months. Two of the pages in the center were bent under. The pages are so dark it is almost impossible to read your writing. When I pre ordered a couple of months ago there were no new descriptions, only showed the 2017-2018 planner.

It is hard to find a pocket calendar that doesn't print so many holidays from other countries no less! It's a pocket calendar. It's already small and compact. I like that this is minimal in the holidays leaving more room to fill in with what little room there is to make entries. THAT ALONE IS A PLUS!There is no plastic cover, but I just used one from an old one that I had. Not a major issue for me. I wouldn't mind lighter colors for the pages, but it's fine. Also, it's just regular paper... not shiny like some can be causing ink to smear.

I love Maxine, but was extremely disappointed that the calendar booklet was resized and is now longer than the previous one. The other one had a plastic cover with elastic on it which kept receipts, dr cards, etc. secure. Will be cutting part of the bottom of this off using a paper cutter to get it to fit the plastic cover.

I'm so disappointed. It's been two yrs since my last purchase of a pocket Maxine even though I have 7 two calendar in my procession that I write everyday in them. I miss the plastic cover that my 2017 2018 has. I put little notes as reminders in that. Plus the holiday lineup and anniversaries are not in there anymore in the 2019 2020 version. Plz dont change a good thing... Now I will seek alternatives...

Really bummed they changed the design. No plastic cover or elastic to keep the planner closed. I too keep items in my calendar and now would have to use a rubber band. Several useful pages were also removed i.e. 3 year reference calendar, holiday list, gift guide and important date list. I love Maxine but am considering returning this one and finding another that meets my needs.

Always love Maxine and her little quips. But the last two years I've had to go to another calendar. But still like her.

Seems that this planner is a little larger than the last one and does not fit into a regular holder. Other than is is fine.
