Nephew loved it.

I bought this 3d pen as the holiday gift for my 6-year-old child. She got a pony toy last year but this year she decided to go tech. I decided to buy her a 3d tool. After some researches on amazon. we found that all 3d pens looked pretty identical except their colors. Almost all pens are made from China; some support ABS and PLA but some low-end products support only PLA (which has a lower temperature requirement than ABS). This pen is powered by mini USB (adapter with extension line provided). The entire set has a 3d pen, a USB power adapter (usb), a miniusb-to-usb line, some PLA fillers in 5 different colors, a stand for the pen, two rubber finger protectors, and a little spade.The entire set comes in a small durable and handy box. The box is really of high quality which makes me wonder whether it is even more expensive than the pen itself. The box is made in materials like the light soft luggage, with a leather-like (faux leather I think) exterior with nice patterns. My child like the box and it really makes it looks like a high-end tech gift.Again I believe all the 3d pens in this price range are all made by some manufactures of the same quality, so I don't think any 3d pens themselves would give me any (positive) surprises. When buying I mostly pick the product with the best packaging and the most useful accessories which this product provides.I haven't gotten the chance to try it out yet but will append comments when I have done so.

I liked what I expected it to do before it broke and it Always went to sleep when I was using it . I only got to use it 4 1/2 before it broke. When it worked it worked. I don't know what else to say I was very unhappy when it broke. I loved it at 1st. Then it started showing error every time I went to use it .

The instructions could be alot better

The 3D pen came with a nice storage box that helps to keep things organized. My 6 years old and 35 years old husband enjoy the pen a lot. They spend hours on making different things. It's a toy that helps on developing creativity. I would recommend it for everyone.

I liked the design of the pen and it includes a starter kit with different colors. The pen is very easy to use.
