I was quite pleased with the product even before physically seeing it The scent from just opening the box was so fresh and clean.The bottle is sturdy yet pretty and again, the clean scents are amazing.Also, I had ordered the wrong refill scent and they sent a free refill of the scent I should have ordered. That’s was quite kind and unheard of. I was very impressed by that being the first time I had ordered from them.The reeds are unique and pretty too. I just love this product!I am using the Meyer Lemon Diffuser.You cannot go wrong with this product!!

The scents are okay, but aren't strong enough, you have to be right next to it to smell the fragrance. The instruction stated that the sticks needed to be turned over every 2 days!!!

I bought a different scent from the company after an unsuccessful search for a refill of the scent I liked, which I'd purchased as part of a whole set. I didn't need a 2nd pretty bottle. I just needed more of the scent. It turns out that they don't sell that scent as a refill. Unhappily, I ordered a different scent, one they do sell as a refill. They surprised me by sending a refill version of a 2nd scent, too. Now, that's what I call service.

I had never used this brand before and I was pleasantly surprised at the truly wonderful scent. Very fresh and not over-powering. Would definitely buy this scent from this vendor again.
