Twisted Sisters (Aspen Brooks)

As with the other Aspen Brooks stories. You know exactly what to expect and that it, of course, will go horribly wrong for Aspen. This just moves it into a sorority house. I liked this series, but did have many moments throughout when all I could do was roll my eyes at how little common sense the character was given. I know she always persevered and everything was good, but after so many events, I would like to think she would have gained some perspective, clarity and been less shallow and "dumb" and cocky. Still, I read the entire series. They were fun stories

Aspen Brooks is a bit more mature than last time, and a lot more bearable as the narrator as a result. This time around, she's trying to figure out what happened to a missing sorority girl. I figured out who it was long before she did though.... I would have been happier if I hadn't known who it was. Still a great, entertaining story. Very light and very quick read.

I stayed up late last night, finishing TWISTED SISTERS, the sequel to REVENGE OF THE HOMECOMING QUEEN. Once again, Aspen Brooks is LOL funny in her perceptions of herself and others, and finds herself embroiled in a mystery that not only kept me guessing, but delivered a twist I did not see coming. I recommend this book to all who loved REVENGE OF THE HOMECOMING QUEEN, and both books to those who haven't yet had the pleasure of discovering the very talented Stephanie Hale.

Aspen is ready to put the drama of her senior year of high school behind her and move on to her freshman year of college. She is so excited to be going to school with Rand! Unfortunately, things don't start out as planned. There is a surprise roommate, missing sorority girl, and not enough time for Rand.Aspen continues to find trouble wherever she goes!

Loved all three books

I really enjoyed this novel. I read it a few years ago (maybe 4?) and I remember enjoying the suspense. I'd recommend this novel for a teenager in high school at least. Great book overall.

The Aspen Brooks series makes for fun summer reading. The fashion-loving heroine gets in and out of trouble while never losing her style.

A great read to a simple formula - as I am brain damaged with poor eyesight, that's just what I need! I've already finished another two Stephanie Hale stories!
