Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

This C4 pre-workout is solid. It’s not quite as intense as Jack3D, but it gives a clean, lasting boost that keeps you pushing through your gym sessions. The icy blue razz flavour tastes surprisingly good, and it mixes easily with no clumps. One thing to keep in mind - don’t take it after 8 p.m. It really does keep you awake, so timing is key. Other than that, it’s a great motivator and gives you the focus and energy you need to lift strong. I bought this preworkout after trying one of their energy drinks. The flavour and pre kicks in really quickly and there is noticeable tingles after about 15 minutes when the beta alanine kicks in. So do be weary that can happen to you if you take a full scoop. The actual concoction is lovely to drink, the flavours you can choose from are definitely up there and even if they’re similar to other brands, tend to still taste a little better. It’s very easy to use, simply scooping a serving into your drink. The performance is there with a noticeable energy boost for a few hours after consumption.

DO NOT BUY the new yellow tub/top version of frozen bombsicle at least (so likely the rest) they have done a re-brand and removed "that tingle". Only buy the old version with the silvery/mirror lid. All companies do this when they re-brand, they make it worse. Cheaper for them to make equals worse for us. I ran out of the silver top, then a week later bought the same one again but received the yellow top.......its a load of PISH !! Fact. I wouldn't of even put a single star rating but you have to, to continue

Nehme ich vor jedem Training, ob es wirklich was bringt kann ich nicht sagen. Ich merke Koffein generell nicht, auch nicht bei Kaffee. Habe aber das Gefühl, dass meine Leistung ein wenig steigt, wenn ich eine Portion davon trinke. Auch kann ich meine einzelnen Muskelpartien besser fokussiert ansteuern.
