A little disappointed. It’s soft and I like the controls but it doesn’t heat top to bottom. I felt around and the heating coils are only in the middle of the pad. It’s actually a standard size heating pad in a long soft case.

An excellent heating pad even recommended by my doctor. I find the settings quite comfortable and #6 (the highest) is often too hot and I cut down the level to #3 and it is perfect.

Very soft, but would not heat up well. Then after a few days, it stopped heating at all. I returned the faulty heating pad via UPS, using the return l label I was sent, but the status still does not show that the faulty heating pad has been returned. Very disappointed. Hoping my returned item will be noted, soon,, and the replacement item will work correctly, so I can update my review

Really warm and soft as advertised! Use it for my menstrual cramps. Nothing to complain about, love it!!!

I like that it isn’t a cover and very soft. But it doesn’t get really warm and the shut off is 60mins max.

Wow, so warm & soft! Arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise!  It heats fast & perfectly relieves my serious back pain.The ETL certified makes me rest assured to use and I never smell any burn even I set it at the highest level for 30 min. I'm so happy with this heating pad and I'm going to purchase another one as a Christmas gift for my best friend. Don't be scared off by lack of reviews!

This heated blanket provides comfortable heat and is the perfect size. I also have one of those large heated throws from Costco, which is way too big for targeted areas of my body. In contrast, this one here is perfect for putting around my neck and shoulders when I read in bed. It's helped relieve my tense neck and shoulders. The timer is also nice that it automatically shuts off if I fall a sleep on it. Overall it's pretty powerful with convenient features. Definitely recommend it!

This is a really great heat pad. It does take a few minutes to get warm, but it does get plenty warm once it reaches the setting selected.
