This product is well made, good quality and design. However it didn't fulfill my expectations. I am 5'8" and this product only added 1 more inch. I was expecting my wife to notice a bit but nope! She didn't even notice any difference. Nor my son, nor my coworkers. So in my case it's not worth the discomfort of using it since I still look the same. In reality I would have to add at least 3 inches to actually be noticeable but that's almost impossible since no pair of shoes could hide something like that.

Gentlemen, I know the goal here is to be taller and feel more confident. I want you to know there are better products out there that will not hurt your feet as bad for that one inch increase. You can not wear these for elongated periods, additionally these slide around. When walking around in these it feels like you’re wearing literally plastic shoes. It’s a horrible hard feeling. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Find something else that is cushioned, may not last as long, and it will keep you walking properly and comfortably. I’ve purchased a gray pair on Amazon and it’s padded foam. I haven’t done reviews in a while but I really had to get on and warn others regarding this product. Stay away, King, and find something better.

Since I started using Mendez templates, I feel different. They give me that extra touch of height that I needed, but without being noticed or uncomfortable. Walking they feel soft, firm and very natural, as if they had always been part of the shoe. I like that they don't move and don't tire my feet, even after several hours. Honestly, they gave me a confidence boost that I didn't expect.

These were super easy to put in my shoe. I have a bad knee and it took so much tension off of my knee and gave me great support. It was a little snug on my shoe but once I got it in it works beautifully! Will be buying more!
