I've taken various brands over the past 15 years and the Sports Research CoQ10 is as effective as some of the major brands I've taken. I'm quite pleased with it.The only issue is if the weather is warm the gel capsules will tend to stick together -- makes a bit of a clumpy mess. (I've seen the same issue with other brands as well.) I would recommend storing it in a cool, dry location. And, NOT ordering during the summer months (I usually buy 90 days' worth just before the heat hits).

Energy levels are up. Great quality. No smell or weird taste. Easy to swallow.

Great daily vitamins

I take several SR products and love them all. It is a very high quality supplement and I can always FEEL the positive results. I just "know" it's better than most, and I take many supplements. I am slowly switching all of my supplement purchases to the Sports Research team. My only complaint is on the black bottle. I have a very difficult time reading the printed information. I always need a magnifying glass! If the print could be slightly larger, it would be much more helpful.
