Old Croc Extra Sharp Cheddar, 7 Ounce

This is some damn good cheddar cheese. I fear being left alone with it in the house, because it's like crack mixed with dairy. Buy at your peril! :)

Some of the best cheddar cheese I have eaten. Extra sharp but still smooth. Highly recommended.

Great cheese.Mixed 1 lb with 7 oz. of diced pimiento with juice, 1/2 tab sugar, salt, and 2 Tab mayonnaise (to desired texture when refrigerated) mixed in a food processor.Excellent Southern recipe.

I am originally from Canada and we can get many different cheddar cheeses. I think we tend to like our cheddar more like the British, very sharp. I find in the US many of the "sharp" cheeses are very mild. This is the only brand that tastes and has the consistence of a true sharp cheddar.

this is that aged sharp cheddar that has got those tangy delicious cheese crystals in it that blast your brain with incredibly satisfying umami cheddar flavor. An easy go-to, I prefer it to kerrygold

Amazing flavor, it's become a favorite! Sharp with a slight sweetness. It can be crumbly, so slice carefully if you're including it on a sandwich. Makes a decadent grilled cheese (try adding thinly sliced crisp apples, trust me)! Also great as part of a cheese board with fruit and crackers. Comes to full flavor at room temperature.

We got this as a gift for a cheese-lover, and he was extremely pleased. It has a nice sharp flavor and a great texture, and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Found old croc brand by accident on amazon pre reading glasses, best mistake I’ve ever made and will be reordering other cheeses from them to try. Def worth a taste
