Just like the one I replaced.
I replaced my old seal ( 15+ years old ) with this one. Originally I purchased one of the heavier-duty ones but had many issues. The heavier-duty one was problematic during the installation on a 16ft door as it was bulkier and I had limited space to work with. Another issue was that the heavier product tore rather easily making it come off the track during the installation. After reading many reviews I settled on this one. I was able to install it myself in about 20 minutes.

Works well
This fit our 2- 8'0" garage doors well. It is definitely the "T" channel type. It doesn't appear to be as heavy duty as the old one. How long it holds up; only time will tell. Lubricating the channel does make installation easier. I used WD-40.

a bit short
I have 10 foot wide doors, so one roll should have been enough for two doors, came up about two feet short on the second door.

Door seal works great
I have now had the door seal for about two months and I installed it right away. I was skeptical to purchase the larger (wider) door seal because I thought it would be obtrusive when the door was in the down position. I read all of the reviews and opted for the larger seal. I am thankful that I did as it fit perfectly in the slot. This was an easy installation and it was easier to install with two people, due to the length of the seal. One person can install it, however; it is an easier task for one person to feed the seal through the slot while the other person pulls it to length across the bottom of the garage door. It took longer for me to cut out the old, hardened and worn out seal than it was to install. I highly recommend this product...and purchase the larger/wider seal. You won't regret it.
