3M Neoprene Contact Adhesive 10, Light Yellow, 1 Quart Can

Great contact cement, it was perfect for my pool table project: change rail cushions and bed cloth. One quart was more that enough for the entire project. It sticks like crazy.

I bought this for using in resurfacing my pool table. This huge difficult job was totally wiped out by this useless adhesive. The expensive job was a waste because of this useless highly over priced product! Every single rail came unglued from its backing. Rendering all my hardwork useless.

Excellent adhesion and resistance to heat and moisture. Messy stuff if you're not careful and you have to work quick if you are doing a large area. I used a low nap roller. Best to pour out the glue and roll it out fast while its still wet with as few passes as possible with the roller. I glued down fiberglass sheeting to plywood and the bond is great. After much research on the various contact cements I chose this one and I'm glad I did!

I used this to install new bumpers on my pool table.It made a daunting task very easy to do. I just rolled it on, waited, and applied. It made a semi-permanent bond between wood and rubber. Now I have a brand new 50 year old pool table.

It is a light to medium strength adhesive and not something I would trust if there is much weight involved. I used it to adhere 1/4 inch thick rubber sheets to aluminum sheet and with a single brushed on coat on the metal and on the rubber sheet the quart was able to cover 32 square feet in total.I wanted the neoprene as it does not fail when it gets hot as do most "rubber" cements.

Although I was frightened by the thought of disassembling this pool table and replacing the rail cushons, I must say this glue made the job easier than imaginable.I used a brush to apply the glue to the wood rails and to the back of the new cushons. Within 10 minutes the glue was dry to the touch. I joined both pieces andpressed them firmly together to complete the bond. Done. That Fast. I was able to trim and cover the rails immediately. I let them dry over night and assembled thetable the next day. Amazing stuff. To limit the amount of time the can was open, I glued a rail once every 5-minutes which worked well. Once I reached the first 10-minute mark,I got into a rythm of "joining the cushion to the rail" and "applying gule to the next set of rails". This allowed me to keep my Brush "Wet". Redipping it into the candisolved the drying glue and kept me going to the end.

Worked well for automotive rubber seals being adhered to door.

Worked great for bumper replacement on my pool table. Follow directions and this product is great.
