I live on these...for many years. Family members have similar diets to me, but don't use these. I take 5 of them 3 times a day. I don't have their symptoms. I can't prove it's because of my green food capsules, but I have been watching ever since I started taking them about 8 years ago. I'm pretty sure my green superfood capsules are functioning quite well. They're well worth the money.

Ever try something once and know you’re going to do it for the rest of your life? That was exactly what happened when I ordered these. I’d heard about Super Food for years but was unsure how well it would work. 3 days only trying this pill . First 2 days i ve noticed bloating and stomach discomfortness , 3rd day was the worst with severe stomach pain and vomiting . I dont have any allergies to any of the ingredients !

I started taking these months ago, and my blood work actually came back perfect. Previously, I had high liver and kidney levels and high cholesterol and A1C. Now, my A1C is down to 6.7, which is the lowest it's been since I got diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago. My cholesterol is normal, and my liver and kidney levels are normal. I haven't been able to get my magnesium levels within normal range in 15 years, no matter how many supplements I take, but this time, it was normal! My doctor told me - keep doing whatever you're doing. Taking these pills is the only thing I've changed. I HATE most vegetables and can't stand the taste of green powders, but these I just swallow and am done. No aftertaste. I actually crave green things when I take these, which never happens for me, like I feel like I'm going to die if I don't get a salad right now kind of craving. I haven't noticed much increase in energy, but I suffer from chronic fatigue, so that doesn't surprise me. If you don't like eating your veggies, these are a great alternative!

I was skeptical because I wondered if people were being paid to write good reviews. But both my husband and I started taking this product and we both can see a definite improvement in how we feel. We are 68 and 73. Stronger, more energy, etc. It is in capsules so you really can’t taste it. The capsules are on the larger side but neither of us have a problem swallowing them. But the bottom line is: they work!
