Comfortable mat to stand on
Used it for two weeks. I used with my sanding desk and feels comfortable to stand then standing in the carpet. The spikes and mount really helps to have blood circulation in your feet. I am not sure how effective is the front support tracks since i hardly use that part of mat. I am 5 7' and mat is wide enough to stand comfortably. I have tried a different mat which looks same but double the price. Didnt find much difference in quality or functions so settle with this one.Only issue i have seen is, its difficult to move it (under the table or pull it back) in a carpeted room. i guess it will be same for all mats.

Falling apart within 2 weeks
I only received the mat 8 working days ago and I've already had 3 of those nubs fall off. At first, I thought that I may have stepped on it wrong, but now they are falling off on their own.

Love it
I have had this for about a month and really enjoy it. I work from home so I am almost always barefoot or I might wear slippers. It's pretty soft- I was afraid this mat would end up being harder than I would like. I fidget A LOT so I do move around the mat quite a bit. I haven't noticed any wear or cracking so far. It doesn't slide around on you, but it also isn't difficult to purposely move if you need to adjust where you are standing. I am 5'6" and wear size 9 women's shoes and this seems to be the perfect size for me and my work space.

Super comfortable, slightly slippery
The mat is good quality and very comfortable. It feels great to massage tired feet on the textured part, and the cushioning makes standing for long periods of time much easier. The only problem I have with it is that it has some type of slippery residue, which apparently I have tracked onto my other hard floods and now my home is very slippery. Even after thoroughly cleaning the mat, the residue comes back. I think I will just have to have a special pair of socks that I wear only when I am standing on it, and then take them off before walking elsewhere. Maybe this will get better over time. Overall I am very happy with it.

Great mat for standing desks
I've been using this mat at my standing desk for several months now. Unlike the product photo, I like to kick my shoes off, and the mat is supportive enough to stand barefoot on. Additionally, the little nubs on the end feel great when you are barefoot. The ridges and bumps allow you to flex or extend your foot gently, change positions, and keep your lower body engaged. I've found myself noticeably more comfortable at my desk with this mat.

Great purchase; I use each component
I love this mat! At my old job, I had a standing desk and a flat mat from a well-known maker of standing desks, and it was pretty hard and not very cushy. This one is just the perfect amount of firm and cushy. It’s not so soft that you feel like you’re getting no support, but it’s not so firm that you feel like you’re standing on the floor (which would defeat the purpose of a mat). I was afraid that I wouldn’t even use the massage areas or the slanted edges, and not get my money’s worth, but I’ve found that I actually use all aspects of the mat. I use the slanted edges to stretch my calves and toes, and I apply pressure to the arches and balls of my feet with the mounds. And the massage nubbies actually feel really good; they surprised me. I would recommend this.

Excellent quality you won’t regret
Excellent addition to my standing workstation. The mat is surprisingly lightweight and just the right width/depth. What I like the most about this mat is the different types of cushion! I use the front hump to stretch my toes, the spheres for relief in my arches, and the little round nubs just feel good everywhere. My only wish is a wider color selection (black doesn’t match my office decor) but it’s a minor complaint for the quality.

Cost Effective Cushioning
Very happy with this purchase and for the price compared to the others. Roomy and with plenty of variation in the mold to work your feet into. While most people wear their shoes at work, I tend to keep mine off at the home office to get the most out of it. I do wish that it was a bit more firm in the outer edges like the spiked part or the balled areas to really release more tension but overall very happy.

Descalzo SI con calzado NO
Me parece que se disfruta al máximo sólo estando descalzo. Usar zapatos maltrata mucho y muy rápido el tapete
