Golden Quinoa Flakes are quick-cooking and a complete protein. They make a great replacement for oatmeal in the morning. To cook, add 3/4 cup water to 1/2 cup of flakes and microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds.

Great oatmeal substitute!
It is great as an oatmeal substitute! Also used it to make quinoa bagels as a substitute for flour. However, it is expensive.

Great Addition To Our Vegan Pantry
We purchased this to make some egg-free brei during Passover (we are vegan and try to not eat eggs, which is what one would normally use). We found the texture and taste to be very good and ended up making it several times. We'll be using this in other recipes in the future.

Great Hot breakfast cereal
This is a great alternative to oats for someone who perhaps is on a Paleo diet. Full of protein. Cooks up very quickly. I love adding raisins at a little bit of maple syrup to it. Also good for a low salt diet as I don’t add any extra salt

Easy way to add quality protein and fiber to breakfast
I microwave this with some old fashioned oats for my morning hot cereal. Cooks up in the microwave quickly. Makes a yummy dish that doesn’t spike my blood glucose level.

Delicious alternative to oatmeal!
Really good alternative to oatmeal in the morning if you can't digest oats. I like to add cinnamon for extra flavor [little bland without] and chia seeds for crunch.

Love quinoa
I eat these with oatmeal and flax for a healthy breakfast. No idea how the price compares to grocery stores though.

Bitter
These cook well but they taste bitter compared to other quinoa flakes I’ve tried. I’ve used them for overnight oats, oatmeal and in pancakes. I love quinoa flakes, just not they brand.
