New Orleans Classic Appetizers (Classic Recipes Series)

Not my favorite cookbook and did not seem to be the type of appetizers I am accustomed to but that aside it arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I know the number of words matters more than the content so I am adding words to astound and amaze the readers everywhere.

I am hopelessly hooked on this series of "little" books by cookbook auther extrodinaire Kit Wohl. While small in stature, these books provide easy to follow methodology, mouth-watering photography (almost always by the multi-talented author) and creative presentations. Want to throw the perfect New Orleans celebration? Pick up these books, course by course, and select your menu. Often there will be substitutions suggested for hard to find local ingredients but rest assured, the end result will be darn close to the original. Not in the mood for cooking? Just reading the evocative prose will set your taste buds on edge and salivary glands a' flowin'....you'll find yourself rummaging through your pantry, at the ready for whipping up a quick taste of something Creole or Cajun.....A must have for all New Orleans-ofiles. (Is that a word?)
