This hoover was very easy to put together and there were no missing pieces and very easy to read instructions. The battery life could be better but is good enough for you to clean at least two rooms. It’s a very sturdy hoover and the suction power is great! Gets up almost all of my pet hair from my carpets.

everyone have to get one.. this product is amazing.It's very light and easy to install. Horsepower is very strong. Cleaning up the rubbish is clean. The front end of the vacuum cleaner can turn. It's easy to clean up every corner. And the noise is very small when used. Very suitable for my petite wife to use. The price is very cheap. This is the first product I bought on Amazon. It feels great. I would recommend them to my friends。

After checking and comparing the specs of a number of alternative (cheaper) cordless hoovers, I plumped for the A9. Upon delivery I was a little surprised at just how small (and lightweight) is was. However, be assured this thing is not lacking in power, especially when used on the higher speed setting. The rotating head unit is different to what I'm used to but seems to work efficiently on tiles and carpet alike.When emptying into the bin, I'm surprised just how much debris has been picked up. The light at the front of the hoover is also a good feature - it does seem to highlight exactly where the dust is. Another plus point is that the hoover is highly maneuverable, the head turns very sharply.Note I have not yet used the machine down to empty - so I can't comment on the overall battery life. We tend to use the hoover only in short bursts, cleaning one floor of the house at a time etc. This hoover therefore suits our needs perfectly.

Have had this vacuum for about 6 months now. The led lights on the power head have already stopped functioning after about two months. It’s battery life is about 10 minutes of continuous use. Last week the motor that turns the power head brush stopped working all together. I thought maybe replacing the battery would help, wanted to purchase a second battery pack for this unit, but the manufacturer refuses to ship it by any means, and therefore I am out of luck. Considering that there was no problem shipping the vacuum which contained a battery, I find this completely unreasonable. Have tried to request a return or refund of the product, but there is no option to return or refund this order on Amazon, so it was a total waste of money. Have also asked for a replacement part (new floor brush as the power head has stopped working) and no replacement part is available. My recommendation is to spend the little extra money and get a Shark instead, as all replacement parts and accessories are readily available, and a friend has one and it is much more powerful than my unit. Don’t waste your money.

Disappointed with this Puppyoo A9 stick vacuum cleaner.It is very lightweight and slim design. The self-assembly is just a matter of slotting a few parts together, taking just a minute or two. Quite low operating noise. Very easy to empty the dust collecting canister.However, it doesn't feel very robust, and it isn't very powerful. The dust collecting canister is very small. It doesn't pick up fine dust very well, and the bristles of the brush are made of very soft nylon, which would not be firm enough to penetrate carpet fibres. It's not for me, and I have returned it.

I've had this vacuum for 7 months now and it's still working fine. I've mostly wooden floors in my house and it works great. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver, clean filter and maintain. It's got two power modes, The low power mode isn't great and I never use this. On high power mode the battery only lasts around 12 minutes which isn't much but it's enough for me to get the ground floor of the house done. I also had an issue with the head of the vacuum at the start when I bought it and I contacted Puppyoo about it. Updated : just one week after use the light on the vacuum is not working! Argh!I only received this product last night and after it’s first use I had to come in and review! The look of the hoover is great, it is SUPER lightweight and glides around effortlessly ( would be fantastic for those who struggle or have disabilities) it’s very quiet compared to my previous vaccuums. This worried me at first because I thought the suction would be rubbish, but actually it’s great, there are two settings; one normal which isnt overly powerful but it’s great for everyday use and good enough to pick up everything that needed picking up (I hoover everyday with my VAX which I payed well over double this price for, and the amount it bought up off my carpets was sickening!) Then there is a button you can press for a ‘turbo’ which was brilliant to use on my Large shaggy rug! ( this uses the battery a lot quicker! ) the battery lasted really well, I managed to do my whole house and it stayed on 3/3 bars, it was only when I used the turbo that the vacuum battery went down. The light on the front is SO handy! ( super bright! ) Especially on laminate you can see every little bit that needs hoovering. Overall I am really liking this hoover, i have two kids so the simplicity of being able to use as and when without it being a huge faff is huge, I must admit the lightweight feel and minimal sound makes it FEEL like it’s too easy and not doing the job, but it most certainly is! Very chuffed!
