Jules Destrooper Belgium Biscuits (Butter Waffles 17.64-ounce)

There is no discrimination for how amazing these cookies are. I'm not a sweet eater, I usually like daily snacks, but these cookies are an exception.

The waffles are just exquisite and the delivery is quick and the package well handled. The waffles got to me in whole pieces and not crashed crumbs as you would have expected

To just eat by a cup of tea, I love the taste .

These are great. A little more buttery than what I was used to, but still good. They always come with approximately one third of the crisps broken, I assume from shipping.

5-stars for flavor as one seeking this particular cookie brand would expect. The product arrived in a not damaged sealed box and freshness sleeve; the cookies were nearly all shattered as the photo illustrates however. Those looking for serve presentation or a complete bake - beware. Fortunately, I’m using them for cheesecake crust. Shipping/handling throughout the supply chain is whacked; it needs a different approach worthy of overall customer satisfaction.

These are great cookies, but they are fragile. The company needs to review their packaging technology. As it is, the cookies always arrive broken. Destrooper Butter waffles are also being pulled from the shelves of many grocery stores such as Safeway for the same reason. Making a good product is a large part of the battle. but getting the product to the customer, while not as interesting, is essential.

Oh so good!!! Could eat these all day long. The absolute best.

The othe chocolate style were fine but these were destroyed! Probably before shipping because the othe box were fine! Would not order online with these again!
