Great value for the money
I use balsamic vinegar along with olive oil as a salad dressing. This truly does have a much better flavor than a cheaper product. I recommend it highly.

Budget line
I found this Balsamic Vinegar marketed by Colavita to be a disappointment. Unfortunately. I am amazed that it even passed the standards to get the IGP seal.That being said I guess that if somebody is on a tight budget it would do in a pinch. But for me I am left wondering what to do with 2 bottles I won't ever use??Give this specific brand a pass ...

Wonderful brand of rich sweet light flavor white balsamic vinegar.
I love white balsamic vinegar and about a year ago moved to the PNW. I have been to several grocery stores and can never find it.I found this one on Amazon and the price was fair for the amount so I gave it a try. You get 2 bottles and they are larger than most others I have bought before.It arrived quickly, well packaged and the flavor is wonderful. I love the bottles. They are easy to use and are capped with a cork.The flavor is perfect. Very light and sweet. I use this mostly to mix with lemon and use it for salad dressing. I use it often for all kinda of things.It's so sweet and has a wonderful flavor. I use it so much I've ordered it 3 times now and will continue to order it for as long as it's avaliable.Like all white balsamic vinegar it's tasty like the regular balsamic vinegar but sweeter and a beautiful light golden almost colorless liquid, so you really can't even tell when you add it to other things.A great product that you will be edit from having in your kitchen.

I really like white balsamic vinegar, but the price? Not at all. Like this very much. Only issue I have is the cork on the open bottle isn't very tight. Could be the other bottle is tighter. Loved the packaging, I recycled it all.

Super price for what you get. Yes there are better products out there but not at this price.
Packaged really well. Shipment arrived before expected. Product is good. If you are a connoisseur you would not want this but for the rest of us this is worth a try to see if it is what you like. Like wine many people have different tastes and expectations. This seems just a little lite (watery) and just a little sharp but frankly I was expecting far worse.
