The heater is 1500W which is the highest Watt in America. We would like to manufacture higher power like 2000 or 3000W, but we can't. 1500W is the highest which is allowed in America. The heater is a both indoor and outdoor heater because it's waterproof, but it's not like a propane heater. It's like a space heater, and it heats the space in front of it rather than the whole room. It's will be nice when you need a cigarette in your porch or have a chat in your balcony in the cool morning and evenings. Thanks.

Cheap but heats
The good:- it radiates heat, perfectly adequate for 1500 watts; can't expect magic from that power draw.- design looks OK from a distanceThe bad:- some parts (not all) looked used out of the box, dented base, not standing without wobbling- very flimsy quality - watch out at mounting time, instantly destroyed the threads of most mounting screws. One had to choose between leaving things loose - or destruction, no middle grounds.- rattling noise in the head at slightest movement (wind etc.)- quite unstable when extended fully; flimsy poles not suitable for the head weight at the max. height

Easy to control
It's easy to assemble. And it can be turned in and off by pulling the string. So easy to control! You can easily adjust the head by pulling the frame above which is safe and convenient. Over all very good value for the cost. Can't wait to use it in cold winter on my patio!

Sucks up a lot of energy but works
The heater doesn’t look bad, love that it has the ability to pull on the chord to change the intensity of the heat, this is very useful when mounted. However be aware this sucks up A LOT of electricity so be sure to locate your breakers.

Took a lot of effort to get two of them but we love them
We wanted two of these for our patio. Took five orders to get two that worked! Packaging is totally inadequate to properly protect them in shipment. First 2 the glass heating tubes were broken in one, the other we couldn't get to turn on (later realized this was our problem... there were no instructions in either box and the units have an auto cut off if they fall over... we probably didn't have the head upright when we tested it). Two replacements promptly shipped by Amazon. One arrive ok and worked (and had instructions), the other trashed; looked like the box had broken open in transit and someone just dumped contents back into the box. All three heating elements broken!Really liked the first, working, unit so then ordered another one (Amazon refunded our money but would not replace the last trashed one because the price had gone up). It came through although the outer box had again broken open in transit.We really like the units; lets us eat early breakfast out on our patio. You feel the warmth the minute you turn them on. Wonderful! Be advised, however, that these things pull 30 amps... you need a 30 amp extension cord (cord on unit quite short) unless they are right next to an outlet. Add about $25 to the overall cost for that extension. DO NOT TRY TO RUN THIS WITH A LIGHT WEIGHT HOUSEHOLD EXTENSION CORD unless you are trying to start a fire!

Not too bad.
This seems to be a good product. About the time I got it and had time to put it together, it warmed up. So not sure how well it will work outside in cold weather. I’m sure it can’t do too much.The directions for putting this together are terrible! I imagine it was translated from Chinese so don’t get your hopes up that it is clear because it is not! The pictures in the instructions look like my 3 year old niece drew them. But if you think about it, you can put it together without too many left over parts. Probably an ok product for the price.

We are very disappointed
This arrived today and we are returning it. We live in Arizona and have this on our back patio. We sit in our patio chairs under the heater and we can feel nothing! Very very disappointed I can’t imagine if we lived somewhere where it actually got very cold.You can only feel the heat about 1 foot from the heating element after this it is useless.Right now the temperature is approximately 45° outside you can only feel this unit if you’re standing right in front of it. And this is on its highest/warmest setting.

Not worth the price
Used this heater inside the garage during the cold winter nights in Colorado. From the reviews I figured I'd be a great product. Well, the third buld failed after a few days. Only using 2 bulbs of heat was not enough. You can't feel the heat past 4 feet. It's sturdy and easy to use but was not satisfied for the price. A regular $40 floor heater is just the same.
