The media could not be loaded.  The paper cover as per step 2 of instruction manual was not there.

Excellent product with affordable cost only one suggestion1) Amazon should come up with exchange policy for used cartridge to new cartridge purchased from them so that electronic waste can be reduced.2) It also reduce cost of new cartridge to customer. Some scrape amount say rs 200 can be deduced from new cartridge order.3) the collected cartridge can be refernished and brought back in market.

Good packing though it arrived with slight package damage. Luckily no damage inside. All tabs and seals to prove it new was present. Good printing but quality can be improved. Printing was giving error code. Have to open and close my printer which is annoying. Fit and finish need improving. Overall value for money.
