Charging adapter not stay long
Everything is ok but only charging adapter damage very easily.

Video & Photo Files are Easy to Sort Through
The media could not be loaded. This review is for my replacement for my previous Sendow dash-cam (that doesn't seem to be available on Amazon anymore) that malfunctioned early on. Communication was expedient and professional via email. I have a 2004 Honda Pilot. I have zero knowledge of tech stuff & vehicles but was able to install the dash-cam myself, however, I paid somebody to install the rear camera since in my case, they would need to drill a hole.This is actually my third dash-cam ever to own and I am so happy with it! It took me a few drives before I was able to navigate quickly through the touch screen features. Since I was just on a 2200 mile road trip it is fresh on my mind how much I enjoyed having this dash-cam to take pictures during my drive (safety first! I only took pics when safe to do so) and once I learned the lock feature, I was able to lock/save video for later viewing (like crazy things you see while driving--BAM! lock/save that video!).I was pleasantly surprised at the default formatting of how this dash-cam saves files. For my settings, I have my videos run on a 1 minute loop purposely so the video is small enough to email to others in case of an emergency or other situation. I love how it automatically separates the front from the rear videos. I love how it separates the normal videos from the emergency videos, etc. This really makes life easier for this user at least. I geek out on my road trips and love that I can review my trips!Basically, I am okay with the touchscreen. I like that I can save each video for 1 minute. I like that in case of an actual situation of needing to share file footage, I can easily pop in a USB micro SD card reader into my iPhone and view videos, and send them (text/email/social media) to others as needed. Also, for me, the dash-cam does NOT vibrate. I attached a video so you can hear my dumb music & GPS clearly and NO clickity clack of that annoying vibration noise my other dash-cam had made.

Worked alright...when it worked
Dash camera is decent, though doesn't quite have the quality needed to catch license plates of vehicles unless they're directly in front of you. Backup camera has a very narrow angle lens so not useful for more than just bumper to bumper parking. Car charger stopped working 14 months after purchase making the entire thing useless, and the seller wouldn't replace it because it passed the 12 month mark.
