2-56 threading taps. All three types
Did what I needed them to do. I had to replace a busted press-fit pin with a machine screw in a blind hole in stainless steel, so I needed the plug tap to start the threads and the bottoming tap to cut threads to the bottom of the hole. I used 3-in-1 oil, chucked the tap(s) in the drill press and spun the chuck by hand. They worked.
