When I first saw this hitch on the website it says it pulls 35,000 pounds I just got From ups today and on the bag it comes In it says only 11,000 pound capacity kind of upset that the website says one thing and they send a hitch that doesn’t tow as much!

Nice hitch shackle but the hole for the pin is to far back it barely gets an inch and half inside receiver. I took mine down to local machine shop and had them drill me another hole a lot closer to other end. A lot more secure.

I use this a lot to pull out noobs in the trail

Sturdy and have used this to get pulled out of mud. However it's starting to rust everywhere after a year.

Item looks great and functioned well on a trip to pismo, ca. My only disappoint was the loss of the rubber part of the shackle that must have came loose while pulling friends free. I was sad of the loss of look but the item still works the same.

Used it to recover a Tundra so far so good. Make sure to secure the shackle if wheeling, the pin came out on mine and the shackle was missing once reaching the end of the trail.

I've had it less than a month and all the paint has naturally fallen off. And now is covered in rust.Cheap, for a reason.
