I bought these as a refill set but they are much flimsier than the original smart swabs but they do fit but much tighter than the original, hard to get tips off. I love my smart swab, they work great for me. Took me a few tries at first to get the hang of it but they work great. I don’t think these are the original smart swabs. The handles are smaller, a darker blue and the tips are longer and not as sturdy. Probably why they are so inexpensive.

Flimsy
The tips are very flexible rubber. Unless your ear canal is straight you can't even get these things in where they need to be. I don't see how they could possibly do what they are claimed to do. CHEAP RUBBER!

Didn't work
Good concept--did not work for me at all

3 Cavities since my last dentist visit!
I go to the dentist every 6 months. After switching to these toothbrushes I ended up getting 3 cavities. I guess I just have to brush longer.

Don’t waste your money. I didn’t get any wax off these while trying them. I should of returned them
