Yep! Fry an egg and sprinkle a little bit and you'll be in heaven. Lasts longer than other truffle salts I've tried, as they don't have a great shelf life and lose their potency fast.

Perfect finishing salt for fish and veggies
This salt has a bold crisp taste that I find perfect when cooking fish and vegetables and ground find is a nice finishing salt for meals. I keep this on hand just to give certain dishes that extra pop of flavor that only Black Lava Hawaiian Sea Salt can.
