Nice sports backpack for textbooks, laptop, traveling, etc
I have just received my sports backpack and test fitted it with items I will be having in it everyday. The laptop compartment has no problem storing my 17” Mac giving it room to spare so the zippers will not scratch it. The main compartment can take both of my textbooks and a change of clothes for the gym but there's still room for a quick grocery trip. There are also a lot of differently sized pockets which you can make it work for whatever you carry. I keep my sunglasses in the scratch proof pocket at the top and a power bank in a side pocket. Works great keeping me organized!Loving the shoe bag on the bottom which keeps any astroturf out and away from the main compartment.Overall, from first use I have 0 complaints as even carrying a heavy load, the shoulder straps do take some strain away.

Fits what is needed for classes and roaming around
I bought this backpack to be able to carry my 17" Dell laptop and used all compartments. It was great to be able to fit two large textbooks but then again, with my small frame I try not to overload too much. The top compartment that is above the zipper to the main body was great to have easy access for the small things like wallet, cords, phone and a small pencil pouch. The bottom compartment was used to store my Tupperware that holds my food/ snack for that day. The side pouches that holds water bottles have elastic which I haven't tested full with large bottles ( I'm thinking of testing it soon). The side body one I don't know what to put ... keys, snacks and index cards.... For the last two days, it's been raining and the water resistant material helped a lot since the umbrella I have is weak which would flop around as I walk. Also, I forgot to bring my umbrella during one of those days. When I got into my car, I patted the insides to check for soakiness. There wasn't any which meant that the resistance is strong against sprinkling and slow patter of rain. Loving this backpack so far and let's hope it would survive a year with me.

One bag fits all
Was looking for something that would be a one bag fix and this may be the one (so far). Enough pockets to keep myself organized but doesn’t go crazy with it. Big enough for a work trip for a few days. The laptop sleeve pressed behind my back is a great place for it so it stops it from moving around. Side pockets above the water bottle holders are great for holding my wallet and phone. Works well for cycling commuters!

Good Customer Service and a Great Quality Backpack
When I first ordered the backpack, I was highly satisfied. I had never had a backpack that was able to easily fit my workout clothes along with my school supplies. However, the initial backpack strap broke within a few weeks of use.Although the initial backpack broke, the company provided great customer service. The strap issue was a manufacturing defect. The company sent me a new backpack. I am happy to say that this backpack strap has been holding up well for over a month now! I am so happy to be using this backpack for my gym and school needs. Also, the company is great at handling any issues with their customers. I definitely recommend the back

Excellent customer service.
I bought this backpack a few months ago. After two months the strap shoulder got broken, they email me about the issue of the old version and send it the new one in a week. After a month of being using the backpack, I can say the straps shoulders works perfectly.The customer service is great, Vivian was outstanding.Thanks again.Looking forward to seeing the new version of 35lt and 40lt.
