used this as I have very bad inflammation on my legs especially my knees which have bone on bone arthritis. I cant take prescription drugs as they make me really ill.This was my last attempt to find something as I was desperate and in a lot of pain .After 3 days my husband noticed the inflammation had gone done slightly as had the swelling in my ankles etc. This has improved as the days go on.You can now see my knees ,which you couldnt before and my legs look like legs.Also the pain is less and less so hardly any pain.Its not even been a month yet so im hoping it will keep on helping.Very happy as its not expensive unlike other things ive tried which havent worked .I cannot recommend this product enough please try it its fantastic.Please dont stop selling it.

This is a good natural alternative for anyone who is looking to stop taking or reduce their reliance on pain killers such as ibuprofen, without the side effects that those drugs can have. I have been taking it for fatigue and fibro flare ups and it’s been working well to ease the pains. Found these easy to swallow with no afertaste.

firstly it works, it took 3 days before I noticed a difference which was far quicker than I expected. Now been 3 months and all my everyday aches and pains have gone so much so I forget I ever had them. I don't believe the would help with serious ailments as carpul and arthritis .I am 66 and in steel fabrication , I had lots of aches and pains before, my 86 year old mother swears by them. I would say if you don't feel the benefits within a month then they probably aren't for you.

I wouldn’t buy again because I haven’t noticed any difference . But, then again since going to physio I appear to not have inflammation. So that could be why they didn’t help with the pain I get.Good ingredients though.

I'd been having chronic pain down my right leg and hip for months, kept waking up with the pain, took the usual stuff bought a massage machine. No good, saw these on an advert online, never heard of them, people reviewing were getting very excited. Mr cynical thought yes seen all this before so bought some and after two weeks. No pain not since before Christmas 21, brilliant. Worked for hope they do the same for you

Have taken various Boswellia capsules before including "7" (which has aspirin etc added) but this particular Boswellia has brought me more relief than others ive taken. A friend has also used this and says she doesn't want to be without it.I've been without for about 1 month (was out of stock)and have really noticed a huge difference in my pain levels. I take Tapentadol and brufen but was able to reduce amount. Now to wait for Boswellia to get into system. Several days.Do give it a try.

I have joint pain, especially with my left shoulder and have tried prescribed drugs like Neproxen and Zapain which are somewhat effective but have some unwanted side effects.After trying these for a few weeks I've been quite impressed at how well they have worked to ease my shoulder and joint pain. I usually wake up with pain and I haven't had that since using these capsules. Overall I'm very impressed with how well they have worked and would recommend giving them a try for joint pain and seeing how you get on.

J'ai tenté de contacter le fabricant ou le vendeur mais ayant un abonnement Prime, c'est impossible.Il manque des informations importantes sur ce produit.C'est un extrait de Boswellia correspondant à 2000 mg de plantes mais il n'est indiqué nul part le grammage de l'extrait, ce qui est important pour la posologie en fonction du problème de santé. On ne prend pas la même dose pour une inflammation chronique par rapport à une inflammation ponctuelle. De même que la dose n est pas la même si il s'agit de traiter de l'asthme ou de traiter un problème intestinal.Je regrette aussi de ne pas connaître le pourcentage d'acides Boswelliques.C'est pourtant très important. Certains produits en contiennent 30%, d'autres 60% ou plus de 80%. C'est celà qui détermine l'efficacité du produit.Je n'avais pas vu qu'il contenait du stéarate de magnésium. Ça c'est ma faute, j' aurais dû prendre le temps de tout lire avant d'acheter.Pour terminer, je n'ai pas constaté d'amélioration pour mon cas même en ayant doublé la dose.Je ne rachèterai pas et ne recommande pas pour le manque de transparence de ce produit médiocre.
