When I first purchased this chair, the description claimed a weight capacity of 400 lbs. The description has been changed recently to something lower. I’m about 350 and found that the metal base could not support my weight. The legs slowly and slightly bent from my weight to the point where it would not roll forward. The base attachment is also attached farther back on the seat which I believe causes the chair to support more weight in the back than the front. I feel that the base attachment should be closer to the middle so it supports weight more evenly. I think this contributed to the legs bending as well. I think this chair could maybe work for some smaller people, but it definitely did not work for me and I was disappointed that it did not have as high of a weight capacity as I had believed. I gave more than 1 star though because the company was very, very helpful in making it right for me. When I first had an issue they sent replacement parts. This solved the problem until the replacement base bent as well. I’ve given up on the chair and bought a new one, but I am very grateful to GT Racing for their excellent customer service.

What's not to like....? The chair comes very well packed with easy to follow and straight-forward directions for a few components that need to be attached. This is a really great looking chair! The seams are nice and straight - the pillow placement is well thought out - and the use of accent color is striking. Speakers are built into the chair so music or gaming sounds can be broadcast through the chair via Bluetooth.I bought two for important boys in my life and they LOVE their chairs! Great gift for a gamer!I also want to mention that the merchant here is responsive and most definitely nice to work with.... we had a clasp on one of the pillow straps break and I contacted GTRACING to buy a new pillow. (these boys are not gentle with anything!) What impressed me was their desire to see what broke and understand the problem. I sent the pictures they wanted to review and they wouldn't let me pay for the new pillow they sent. Very impressed with such great service!!

I use the chair for my gaming PC. My daughter loves watching YouTube and listening through the chair’s speakers, which have surprisingly good clarity. I wish there was more volume control on the actual device, and I find it annoying that the armrests swivel/rotate, but overall the chair is excellent quality, very comfortable, much heavier and sturdier than I expected, and I would highly recommend purchase.I did have to buy a USB Bluetooth dongle for my PC to make the chair interface.

Overall the quality is good and the installation is somehow easy. However, I have two reasons why I gave it two stars only. First the chair is different than the pictures on Amazon. The one I ordered has a logo on the backside while the one on the picture don’t. Second, the leather on the seat has some scratches (check the picture)

Got this on the 28th.. one of the Bluetooth speakers doesn't work.. now I have to wait for the seller to approve the return request! 🖕Update:They eventually sent us a new wire and it worked.. it's holding up and my nephew likes it. So it's a win. But didn't like customer service. They can improve in that area.

Bought this chair a little over a year ago and have had to replace parts on it at least 3 times. My husband is a gamer and uses the chair for extended use and does not mistreat the chair. But yet the piston has gone out, the brackets have come lose, and now the back is twisted and coming apart. He weights 280 lbs, and uses this chair for around 8 hours a day, so if you are near or over that weight I would not recommend getting this chair.

BOUGHT THIS CHAIR MARCH 2019 IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 2019 THE CHAIR IS BROKE . I THOUGHT A 400 LB CHAIR WOULD HOLD UP TO MY 280 LB 6 FT BODY. I WAS WRONG THE CHAIR HAS FAILED I AM LOOKING OR A BETTER CHAIR NOW. THANK YOU

I had this chair now for a couple of months now and it's working well for me. It was easy to assemble and took little time doing so. It says it's heavy duty for people up to 400 lbs and feels like it. I would recommend this chair to others.
